Applications to The Snowsuit Fund are accepted from recipients of government assistance (e.g., Ontario Works, disability insurance) and through social service agencies, schools, shelters and churches. We also
endeavor to meet the needs of the working poor and those in emergency situations. Families in the Ottawa/Gatineau area are, with proof of eligibility, provided with a new snowsuit for a $10.00 service fee. Regardless of a family's situation, our staff and volunteers treat our clients individually and with respect.
